Spain’s finishing was insanely good. Croatia’s wasn’t. Spain deserved the win but the score line is deceiving.

I really dig this kit. The combined kit showing in this one is very strong.
I love in international competitions how the kits have the flags of both teams but here the Poland kit is so pure in its one color simplicity that they opted not to do that and not have the little shot of blue from the Dutch flag, which I respect aesthetically.
Verbruggen with a couple of key saves. Very good for a 21 year old. Defense is good, midfield with Veerman a bit meh. Forwards good enough. Weghorst did what he supposed to do, kick one in from 10 yards or less. Hope he is ready to be that guy, last time he was on the bench in qualification he was moping about not getting a start.
If Alexi Lalas just made farting noises into his mic then at least we’d know he’s aware he’s a joke. He sees his role as being a muck stirring contrarian and he just comes off as an ignorant American idiot. What an embarrassment
