What happened to Liam Connor? He had a decent 2023 season, especially when you factor in how much the kicking game has killed BC over the years. 11-14, all misses were over 40 yards. Lombardo did bail Castellanos out by hitting that 40 yarder (which should have been either a chip shot or BC going for it).

Nate Freese is basically the only BC kicker over the past 20-25 years who didn’t give me heartburn. He was so good.

Yup. Grayson James’ FIU stats are uninspiring but I hear the staff likes him. I guess we shall see. They likely will lean heavily on the run game this weekend, if they can.

Ungodly terrible coaching in the 2nd half. Terrible play calling led to 2 bad turnovers, and delay of game and burning final timeout coming off the sidelines to begin the last 2 offensive possessions

…sigh. UVA dared him to pass. He was great early, which should have opened up the run. And it never did. And then he proceeded to puke all over the remainder of the game.

Very disappointing L. UVA sucks and you just can’t blow a 14-0 lead to that team.
