BC-Missouri is the only 2 ranked games on Saturday. No chance Game Day decides to come to The Heights, right?
It’ll be a huge test obviously, but if Castellanos is able to hit his receivers on the medium and deep routes, they have a decent chance.
No way the SEC has five of the nation’s top seven teams, and Mizzou seems like the most likely candidate among those five to be overrated. That doesn’t mean BC will win — they probably won’t — but I might grab a little action on BC +16.5.
Have no idea what to expect today. My head says this is a double digit loss, as I don’t think the secondary can contain Missouri’s passing game and I’m not sure our passing game is ready for the test.

Biggest game for BC since when, the 2008 ACC Championship? I’m not very optimistic but they have a chance to actually generate a lot of buzz and attention locally with a win today.
The Clemson game at home ~5 or so years ago when Clemson was on their run and BC was very briefly ranked.
Nope. Just disappointed we got a C performance from Castellanos. Winnable game. But sloppy in all facets.
Would be intetested to see if TC had guys open today on some of those player where he had forever to throw. Seemed a bit tentative.
Yup. He looked very slow on his reads today. Missouri did a great job of bottling up the running game and making BC one dimensional. Our passing game just isn’t prolific enough when that happens.
Like that he took ownership. Good leadership. I expect he’ll play better against Sparty.

...and he didn't get all that much scrambling either, which in his case, often makes up for his so-so passing.
Michigan State isn’t some bum team, that’s a good win.

I think they might let everyone on the field after every game. I went to a game in 2017 when dip shit Addazio was coach that they lost, and everyone went on the field at the end
Nice job by the defense forcing four turnovers, but Sparty also left a bunch of points on the field that weren’t due to us doing anything right. Offense was uneven but made just enough plays to win.
The schedule is backloaded, and I think we’ll get better as the season goes on. Our three wins aren’t all that impressive, but we’ve got a chance to be 6-1 heading into the Louisville game, with a slim chance at a truly special season if we can hit our stride in the season’s final month.

I’d argue the same about BC. Fumble in the red zone. 4th and goal. Missed XP. Both QBs seemed to have the same issue but BOB significantly limited Castellanos’s throws.
What happened to Liam Connor? He had a decent 2023 season, especially when you factor in how much the kicking game has killed BC over the years. 11-14, all misses were over 40 yards. Lombardo did bail Castellanos out by hitting that 40 yarder (which should have been either a chip shot or BC going for it).
