Make or miss league and all of that but Klay should be legitimately ashamed. Dude wants to count to 4 all of the fucking time and make a living off of being a champion…and then he just pukes all over himself

GSW defense has eroded to the point where they can't survive poor shooting nights. And boy do they foul a lot.

Splash Bros 4-22 from three in a close out game.

Isn’t one of them supposed to be a Game 6 superhero?

I’ve been noting all playoff that the Lakers are a damn good team. It’s not going to be easy for the previously playoffs untested Nuggets

If the Lakers and the Heat make the Finals, it will confirm that the regular season is a complete waste of time. Teams will put even less effort forward and just make sure they get in.

Draymond’s gotten benched. Wonder if this is his last game in Golden State.
I think this series signaled that it's time for a reset. Draymond leaves this year, Klay leaves next year (assuming they can't work out a buyout this off-season), and they hope Wiggins, Looney, Moody, and Kuminga can make Steph's final years competitive.

Not sure about this. The Lakers tried really damn hard from start to finish but had a mitigating circumstance preventing any success. The Heat I'll give you.

True, but Davis hasn’t really had to guard anyone and that has allowed him to float and dominate on defense. Now he will have to guard Jokic and that will take a lot out of him, especially playing in Denver.

I really hate the lakers, and this year I’ve grown to love Jokic. It’d be so fun to watch him destroy Anthony street clothes Mickey Mouse Davis

Austin Reaves being so good is annoying...

For all the talk about the midseason trades, honestly the Russell/Hachimura/etc group are really not doing anything special.

Healthy Lebron, healthy AD, and Reaves are the main guys... and they have been on the team all year.

The acquired players have been excellent at “not being Russel Westbrook” which is an important complimentary skill for Davis and James.

Last year, the Warriors managed to win the title without trading any of their young guys for players who could help them win now. This year, they held onto Kuminga instead of moving him as the centerpiece of a deal for OG Anunoby. The latter may have been helpful in this series, while the former played all of 25 minutes against the Lakers (none of which mattered).

miami just has a top 5 coach that all but jimmy buiter is crazy good in the playoffs
At the end of the day this team could have 3 HOFer on it. Disagree with the talentless part. They want to run back the bubble finals.

Because people have taken the truth in 'the playoffs are different from the regular season' and gone so overboard into 'the regular season doesn't matter' that the #1 seed is actually under-rated now
The Lakers had the better record since the trade deadline and pretty clearly the best team in the WC if not the entire league since that point. Any game played prior to that doesn't represent the team Denver is playing next round. Having said that, Denver will be the (wrongful imo) small favorite in the WC Finals.

didn't you take down some "Lakers Champ" odds at the depths of their despair?
