Phoenix loses to Sac by 15. They've played a couple of extra home games and they've played the easiest schedule in the league, but they're currently sitting at .500. They really need their big 3 healthy.

Plenty of season left but that's a tough ask to bypass 2 out of the Lakers, Suns, Warriors and Rockets. The latter is the most likely opportunity but would need some injuries to specific HOFers on one of the other in addition to getting themselves together.

TJD has made as many shots as Walsh that are not dunks or lay-ups, which is 0 (TJD is 0-2). If TJD were on the Cs, I'm pretty sure he'd have the same NBA stats as Walsh. Also, don't the Cs basically have a bigger version of TJD in Queeta?

TJD is much much much more skilled than Queta who is essentially playing by default until we add pieces. What's wrong with making dunks? Many he creates off his spin dribble too.

TJD has a good feel for the game. Queta was a nice addition, so +1 for adding him.

He's been playing the Kornet role as 3rd big behind Looney and Saric (similar to KP and Al) bouncing between reg rotation to spot to DNP but had a big game when Looney got in foul trouble two games ago and earned more the last two games.

agreed. I am still not sure they made right call on Mitchell—-though he and Brunson don’t fit. But they need to get Randle/Barrett/1sts consolidated into a real impact guy and while I appreciate patience from them it’s not 100% clear they’ll get there

The Lakers beat the Thunder, shooting 50% from 3. Lebron was incredible - 40/7/7 on 13/20 shooting, including 5-5 from 3 and 9-9 from the line. He's shooting .412 from 3 so far this year, a career high. This must have been how the rest of the league felt about Tom Brady near the end, it's infuriating.

They're not the Pistons or Wizards, so they might try to do things on the basketball court to make it challenging for him to score, thus rendering his MVP candidacy less impressive.

When Embiid turned his ankle the game prior it looked worst than Tatum's that caused him to miss a game. He finished up but that looked like an injury where he'd miss a couple games so there isn't really anything to investigate imo.

They've even been trading additional rights on the picks they retained in swap years lol.

The Nets must be licking their chops. This could devolve into Booker and the Boys pretty quickly, particularly if Phoenix moves KD to restock the cupboard.

Sounds crazy now, but Brooklyn did exactly that with KD, and effectively got a redo on the Kyrie years.

Durant's numbers this year are really good, especially considering the crappy context in Phoenix. With the way stars have been aging better and better, I think someone would pay up for him.

I saw that play and Metu was already having a rough game all around so I get Booker's frustration. That said, openly shouting at teammates whom you will presumably need to rely on down the stretch - even if its just rotational minutes - seems like a recipe for problems.

I would be shocked if the Suns blow it up in-season but anything can happen.
