He's a good player, but he's not a consistent 3pt shooter, and he's not gonna carry an offense. He's a very good PG defender, good passer, mediocre 3pt Shooter, etc. Basically he's exactly what you would hope Marcus Smart would give you consistently, except Smart makes 14M a year and Jrue cost MIL a whole ton of picks and a max extension.
