I find it interesting that the #1 guy on their list, Cade Cunningham, has his NBA comps as "Evan Turner or a right-handed, better shooting Ben Simmons". Now, I'm not hating on Turner, but if Simmons was a better shooter that really doesn't seem like a comp of similar guys.

How can your comps be Turner AND Simmons? One is a second unit combo wing/guard who may be out of the league by now if not for the Celtics resurrecting his career. The other is going to be a perennial All-Star and Top 10-15 player in this league for at least another decade.
