Between Neymars shorts and that rip in the shin pad it sure looks like Argentina sharpened their cleats or "put on the foil" ala Slap Shot.

What’s with the Fox broadcast quality, feels like I’m watching something from the 90’s

Like American football so far. That goal may open things up.

I haven’t watched this tournament. It’s so strange after watching a month of European soccer. I keep waiting for the cross into the box that never comes and then I remember we’re not in Europe anymore!

Looks like Brazil started the wrong keeper.

To elaborate , Ederson looked completely lost , falling to attack Di Maria (which is what Allison would have done) , instead standing in no mans land.

Brazil are obviously flopping so much they are not getting the benefit of the doubt on anything from the ref. It’s counterproductive.

This is like overtime of an NHL Game 7. Ref has put the whistle in his pocket.

Edit: except they're not really fouls, for the most part.

They should put about 10 minutes stoppage time on this ....every dead ball of any type takes at least 30 seconds to put the ball back in play.

Argentina’s backline was a weakness coming into this game, but they’ve been excellent tonight.

"argentina in no rush to take this goal kick"....that's an understatement. Took nearly 40 seconds!
