2020 NLCS: Braves vs. Dodgers

This Braves team is kind of fun
Yeah, that would be my rooting interest
Freddie Freeman seems like a genuinely likeable guy. And a good story, starting the season with a bad case of CV
Yup, that's my team from here on out, if tonight's score holds up, it's shaping up to be a great series.
Welcome to my world, everyone!

Los Angeles has to be strongly favored - right? - but if the Braves starting pitching holds up the way it has in the first two rounds, this could be pretty competitive. I'll predict Dodgers in 6, but even then, it's been a pretty good (half) year for a young Braves team missing its best starting pitcher.

I’ll take the contrarian role. Braves pitching held up against 2 sub par offenses in the Reds (27th in runs, 19th in OPS for example) and Marlins (21st in runs, 23rd in OPS), while the Dodgers are clearly the #1 offense. Sure, the Braves are probably #2 but there’s no comparing the SP.

Will always like Mookie and Safe By Like A Foot, but the Braves seem more fun. Plus, anything that avoids a Dodgers-Astros "rematch" works for me

If Laker fans can count titles the franchise did not win in Los Angeles, I will be counting titles won by Boston teams while they were not in Boston. Let's go Boston's Other Ball Club.

Walker Buehler’s blister issues are worth watching going forward. He’s cut down on using his cutter, which he says causes the most discomfort. He’s mostly been a 4-5 inning pitcher since coming off the IL.

Watching Los Angeles players' families having to swat away Texas sized bugs is cracking me up more than it probably should.

"The Red Sox didn't want him because of medicals".................yeah; looks like that was a brilliant non move.

That's about the most effortless 100mph I've ever seen...................

I’ll never understand why pitchers Are allowed to flail about, scream and partake in all sorts of histrionics when they do well, but if a batter shows any sign of emotion they deserve to have a baseball thrown at them.
