Allowing a team to opt out of shooting FTs is ... interesting.

Women's ball is quarters now, with the 5-fouls-is-a-bonus-and-is-two-shots rule.

They also can advance the ball to midcourt after a time out, same as the NBA. I hate that rule at any level, but understand that in the NBA it ain't going away.
