Yay!

Will the weather cooperate, that is the question. Will it be a day game or a night game when it starts?

Please don't lose this goddamn game. Sons of Obscure Blue Jays Player are counting on the reverse lock; let logic hold, damn it!

That at-bat is a perfect example of what 3 or 4 MPHs on his fastball would do for him. It ends in a strikeout, but it took 7 pitches instead of 4 or 5. If Sale is throwing 95 or 96, that at-bat is over sooner. I'll still take the result, but if the trend continues, it's a 6 inning outing instead of 7 or 8.

6 quality innings from Sale would be a nice change of pace, I'd be 100% fine with that at this point. Long term obviously yeah I would like more, but let's get him a step in the right direction after a pretty bad month.

I know what you’re saying, but I’ve seen Greg Maddox throw 82 pitch CGs.

100% agree. I just can't help pine for the old Sale who would've blown that guy away on pitch 4.
