All year long the Nats pen has been blowing games and LA has been mounting late inning comebacks at home, this one seems like an obvious walkoff for LA.

Is it weird that I want the Nats to win but not score here?
So you want this game to be close and competitive but you have a rooting interest? Not weird at all. I love these games. Every pitch is meaningful and not in a "getting paid" type of way exclusively.

not sure why Dave left a rookie in to kill some of the momentum.

that was god awful by Cabrera though.

Anibal Sanchez is starting today vs. Ryu. makes sense with game 4 guaranteed, give that to Scherzer.

if the Nats can win today, the Dodgers suddenly have to win a Hill vs Scherzer matchup on the road to just force Strasburg vs. Buehler.

Anibal Sanchez gets out of a bases loaded jam in the first with a 71-mph breaking ball of some sort. Almost fluttered like a knuckler, but it wasn't.

I am really growing to like Muncy. The guy is never going to be a star but he is solid in the field and seems to put up great ABs.

I'm pretty sure he is a star, 35 HRs each of the last two seasons, All-Star team this year, 9.9 WAR combined the last two years. LA moves him around defensively because they do that with anyone they can (even Bellinger), but he's a star.
