You know the rotation for Houston - Verlander, Cole, Greinke. the Rays? probably Glasnow, some combination of Snell/Yarbrough/whoever the hell the pen spews out that day, then Morton again for game 3.

Weird starting times with these small-market teams competing with the Yanks for timeslots. 2:05pm on FS1 on Friday. Game 2 is at 9:07pm, also on FS1.

You know the rotation for Houston - Verlander, Cole, Greinke. the Rays? Morton will be ready for game 3, but who the fuck knows in Houston. probably Snell, Yarbrough, and plenty of quick hooks from Cash. Find out starting at 2:05pm on FS1 on Friday. Game 2 is at 9:07pm, also on FS1.
Glasnow will start game 1. He’s pretty good.

If TB had 2018 Snell, this would be an impressive attempted counter to Houston’s power trio, but it’s far from clear they do.

Game 1: Justin Verlander vs. Tyler Glasnow

Game 2: Gerrit Cole vs. Blake Snell

Game 3: Zack Greinke vs. Charlie Morton

Arguably the most fun baseball day of the year today, there are a maximum 39 games left if every series goes the distance, and 4 of them will be today, with Astros/Rays starting us off at 2.

2p ET: Rays at Astros, Glasnow vs. Verlander

4:30p: Cards at Braves, Flaherty vs. Foltynewicz

7p: Twins at Yankees, Berrios vs. Paxton

9:30p: Nationals at Dodgers, Strasburg vs. Kershaw

It’s going to be embarrassing for MLB when Tampa only has 15-20k show up Monday for Game 3.

Finding it hard to root for Houston despite their seeming higher probability of beating the Yankees.

I forgot how slick Bregman is in the field. Dude makes every play and then some.

The Rays just won’t go away. They hang close, like a fly buzzing around your head. Very aggravating team to play.

That's why you don't let him pitch more than he has since coming off the DL. Celian Murphy wasn't ready.
