Looks like the hoi polloi have abandoned the Barcalounger seats much like the French abandoned their tanks in 1940, leaving the Rikers island/pizza delivery crowd left at Williamsport East

hell of a play by Bregman. Almost worthy of the Pokey Reese award.

Can anyone with access to it give a sense of how good the Dan Bellino has been behind the plate tonight? How many missed calls vs what a typical % is? Anecdotally, seems like he's called a good game.

He has been inconsistent IMHO. He appeared to favor Tanaka vs Greinke early on but I think that was a function of the latter being truly wild. Tanaka wasn't sharp either but he was missing in the zone. The Astros didn't crush him but they got enough of the fat to be on the precipice of a 3-1 series lead.

oh man, just too good. It's been like a little league game out there tonight. I've needed to witness this humiliation of the Yankees for a while, it's purifying.

I don't know John, I'm pretty sure the Newtonian Laws of Motion are still working pretty well

So are the Yankees still going to get to the World Series without losing a game? I mean, the Astros have a tall order in front of them after tonight.
