Honestly though it looks like Houston is going through one of those horrible runs of luck like the Sox had when Houston clobbered them in 2017. Also, I think the rumored baseball changes in the post season favor the Yanks. Smoltz made a point last night that the in-season baseballs hurt a pitcher like Tanaka who completely lost the feel for his splitter and earlier tonight he mentioned Paxton having lost the feel for his breaking stuff so maybe he'll benefit like Tanaka. At the end of the day that post was just tossing shit against the wall of course.
