We are a week away. Let's get it in writing.

AL East
Yankees - 98
Red Sox - 94

Blue Jays
Rays
O's

I think the Jays hover around the wild card race and then finally cash in their chips in late July. Ditto the O's, though they will actually suck before finally relenting.

AL Central
Indians - 99
Twins - 92

Royals
White Sox
Tigers

The bottom three teams could each lose 95+ games.

AL West
Astros - 100
A's
Angels
Mariners
Rangers

The battle for 2nd could be the only interesting AL race. I think all 4 teams have roughly the same talent. The Angels seem to be the favorites, but I just don't trust their starting pitching enough. The Rangers have the toughest strength of schedule in baseball.

NL East
Nats - 96
Phillies - 91

Mets
Braves
Marlins

The Phillies are a bit further along on their rebuild, and could add if they are ahead of schedule. I don't think the Braves have enough on field talent yet to challenge - particularly on the pitching side. The Mets are the Mets.

NL Central
Cubs - 96
Cards - 92

Brewers
Pirates
Reds

I think the Brewers finish in the high 80's for wins. Good pen, good offense, but I think the starting pitching goes south. They should have done more this off season.

NL West
Dodgers - 97
D-Backs
Giants
Padres
Rockies

The D-Backs hang around for a bit, but Greinke's velocity drop is kind of scary and I don't think the rest of the rotation is good enough with the improved divisional competition. The Giants and Padres should be decent. The Rockies did nothing to address their offense.

Sox upset the Astros
Yanks over Indians
Yanks over Sox

NAts over Phillies
Cubs over Dodgers
Cubs over Nats

Yankees over Cubs in the series.
