Awesome comeback by the Demon Deacons at NC State -- drove the length of the field in the last 90 seconds to secure a big upset win in Greensboro (I mean Raleigh).

Wake now 5-5, with games home vs. Pitt and then at Duke to get bowl eligibility.

Edit: Thanks ernieshore...

Definitely! Wake has had 14 players with season-ending injuries - including their QB. The QB today was starting his first college game ever. Being a Wake fan is mostly torture, but that was fun to watch.

(Game was in Raleigh, by the way).

Looking at the faces of the State fans after Wake's TD was priceless. We just lost to who?
Pitt and Duke will both be tough games for Wake, but one more win would mean 3 consecutive years of bowling for the Deacs. Only done once before at WF. Wonder if that would open up a bigger job for Clawson.

Huge win for Ohio State, on the road against a ranked team. And it was a pretty dominating defensive performance.

THE Ohio State is still alive!

Jesus, Cornelius just missed another wide open guy for a long touchdown. Nobody was within 10 yards of the receiver. Would have given OKSU a 28-24 lead. Sooners get a sack on the next play, to bring up a long third down. Might be the only stop of the game coming up.

Alabama scored td's on their 1st 2 drives. Mississippi State had given up 9td's all season coming into the game. Alabama already has about as many yards rushing through 20 minutes, as the MSU defense has averaged given up per game this season. Around 111.

Miss St forces punt, muffs it > another TD drive. Ala 21-0.

You have to play perfectly to even have a chance against these guys. And that’s before Saban gets the next two months to bring the defense to a higher level.

Good luck.

Miss St got screwed. He never touched the guy and gets called for block in the back . Would have been a TD and of course they miss the fg.

1:03 left pokey just scored and is down by one.

They likely go for two, they already missed one PA today.

Edit: they went for 2 and failed.

Fuck the land thieves.

You're allowed to shoot the guns off as the OSU kicker is starting his run up to the kick? Doesn't seem very fair

Tua is brittle. At some point someone is going to make them play 4 quarters and we’ll see if he can actually play 60 minutes without stopping for a stationary bike run.

We gonna use this thread for the BC game? Whatever, I am. Great call on the blitz there to stop Clemson in the red zone. Huge holding them out of the end zone. Now, let's see if the offense can do anything against this massive front four of Clemson.

Ruh roh...Anthony Brown is down, and it looked a lot like the same injury/play that took out Jimmy G. when he was here. Turned out to be an AC Joint, that cost him about 6 weeks.

Might see the Andover kid, EJ Perry, coming in. I think Perry is the better passer of the two, obviously doesn't have the ability to move with his legs, like Brown, but wow, this could be a huge spot for him.

For those that don't know who EJ Perry is, he broke a whole bunch of school and state passing records while at Andover. His father is the head coach here at Andover High (and my son's current 5th grade teacher), one of his uncle's a wide receiver's coach with the Houston Texans, another is the head coach at Bryant, and another is a coach somewhere as well. Kid has been groomed since an early age to play QB at this level. Let's see what happens.

I’m obviously not a BC fan, but those throwbacks are a good look, way better than the italic numbers.

Did he ever beat Lawrence while in high school?
