I joked during week one that Houston was going to be 10-0 when they played Louisville and that we should plan accordingly. I still think they're good, but I like Cincinnati's chances tonight. I especially like the points they're getting.

Houston stepped on the gas with two picks and three TDs here in the 4th. 33-16.

Edit: And a second straight pick six. This is going to look like a blowout but it was close for 50 minutes.

http://www.sbnation.com/college-football/2016/9/16/12918896/appalachian-state-miami-road-game-boone-2016

"We’ll have more people not just at the game, but in the town of Boone, than maybe ever in the history of our city," App State athletic director Doug Gillin told SB Nation.

This is how a team like Miami arranges to visit a team like App State.

Do NOT sleep on App St. I bet that game will be competitive and if it does gets out of hand, it'll be late as Miami's depth wears them down.

The altitude will be a factor for Miami. Elevation of Boone is 3,333 feet.
Man, less than a mile shouldn't be too bad but each person reacts differently. My team got stomped there last weekend but no one complained postgame about altitude.

This is true, read it yesterday. Crazy.
I live next to Lloyd Noble Center (site of the tOSU pep rally), and that parking lot is an RV village -- some OU, of course, but also many tOSU RVs. Across the street, on Chautauqua, "The Donald" himself will be visiting Barry Switzer's daughter's house (supposedly for a fundraiser, which is confusing because Barry has long been a Democrat). (It's the mansion right next to his.) Anyway, with the Secret Service closing down the roads near the Switzer compound, the ongoing construction in Norman, and the thousands of people converging on Norman, I am a prisoner in my own home today. I ran out to Wal-Mart this morning to stock up on provisions, but otherwise, I don't think I'm going out.

Glad I was out and missed the first .5. This might be too much for the Noles to come back.

NDSU just scored to tie up Iowa... but they went for 2 and the lead and Iowa stopped it. 21-20 Hawks 3:40 left. So typical Iowa

Justice for NDSU. My wife is a Hawkeye so I kinda root for them but the Bison earned this. 231 yards against an FCS team is baaaad
