My golfers must lead the league in choke jobs with crooked numbers....After last weeks choke by David Hearn he enters hole 18 at -3 and proceeds to get a snowman to go to the cutline

I'd like to say I was watching and was bummed out but I was too busy missing my own double bogey putts all day. Was surprised to check the scores though and see the traffic jam it turned into atop the leaderboard.

Oh shit really? My bad. I thought you were commiserating for me.

Shows how much I was paying attention today. Such is Memorial Day Weekend.

How did I go from 4 guys playing when this was posted on Tuesday to 1 in the actual tournament? WTF?

Edit: Google is my friend. 3 guys of mine withdrew, 12 total. Link.

Yeah, Day was my player to withdraw, so I'm down to 4.

Jason is playing a reduced schedule this year for the first time, which is a bit annoying.  I'd be more accepting of it if he would do better in the tournaments he does enter.

His body has betrayed him thus far in his career. He's really young and he's had a lot of nicks. The reduced schedule will help and he's a talent but if he can't stay on the course, talent won't matter.

Your team is unreal. You've had three weeks where you scored 1 point, and still lead the league by 10.

I'm jealous. My team is terrible and I have had nothing to root for for months. It's depressing.

Three weeks over 20 points will do that for you.

I'm in a mid-season slump.  Need Day and Holmes to play more and for Harris English to remember how to play golf.

Na and Poulter have been my saving grace so far, they've been outstanding. However, Poulter announced that he's done on Tour for the year except for majors, WGC, and Fedex Playoff events, so that will hurt. George McNeill was a great late round pickup too, he's knocked out a few points for me. Justin Rose has only had 2 good tournaments (a 1st and a 2nd) so his numbers are decent but he hasn't played well. If he ever kicks it into gear, I'll be in business.

I have a weird team, that's for sure. No one is dominating but I just keep throwing up points from the same 2 guys it feels like (although the numbers don't really bear that out). I don't expect it to last, to be honest. I'll be surprised if I finish the year in first.

I am sure I could look at the draft results, but all I remember was going back and forth on picking NA, sure seems like a great pick right now.

Kisner missed the US Open auto qualification by 1 spot in OWG ranking. I think he gets another chance though. My team has been pretty good, though Dufner and Chappell have got to get going. Chappell seems to finally be moving in right direction.

Kevin Na was my best player last year. I am glad he is still playing well you TFP.

I've got Scott Pinckney and Ryan Palmer hovering around the top 5 this week, but of course, Watson still isn't playing, and Molinari and the rest of my guys either suck or don't play.

Hey, aren't we supposed to be doing our free agent pick up soon?  I thought we did it around Memorial Day last year.

My team finally played well on the weekend two 2nd place finishes and 2 more top 25's. Walker missed 3 putts inside 5 feet that would have really put some pressure on Bowditch, but hats off to him as he played the back nine extremely well today.

If you used the Field tab on PGATour.com, that's still showing last year's field VSF.

43 points back with 16 events left. Let's do this!
This is the first year I didn't have Phil Mickelson. He has scored 3 fewer points than your 7th round pick, Pat Perez.

I think Leon Trotsky's pick of Kevin Kisner has been the Pick of the Year so far.

The Dud of the Year pick so far is TeddyKGB's Stuart Appleby.

Daniel Berger (7th round!) and Paul Casey also in contention as picks of the year.

Was just looking up which round Berger was.  That is definitely the sleeper pick of the year.

Berger - 7th round - 35 points
Kisner - 5th round - 37 points

Yeah, I knew what I was getting into with Phil, and most of my team. Low starts, high upsides. Phil's been as advertised. A few missed cuts and a few top 10's with a T2 at Augusta. Still have 3 majors, a WGC and the playoffs left, and that is what I geared my team towards. My elite guys hopefully play 8-10 of the events here on out. Hopefully Lefty, Westwood and Stenson can get hot.

How/where are we going to do the add/drop rounds? In this thread? Is everyone ready for it to start Sunday night? Are we trying to get it done in time for the following thursday, or does it take 2 weeks?

Sorry for the all the questions. I'll hang up and listen.

One month ago, I would have made the case for Sean O'Hair.  But he's reverted to form recently and hasn't scored a point in a month.

Still a strong value pick for the 8th round.  (28 points)

Tiger begs to differ.

Edit:  I can't even find Tiger in the "Players" category on the cumulative spreadsheet even though I know he's scored 4 points for the year.  More bugs, I guess.

In the past I believe we've had a separate thread for the add/drop, and the changes don't take effect until the U.S. Open.

Tiger pronounced himself healthy and ready to go.  Easily the dud of the year.  Again.

At least Tiger is going to get you one point for a made cut this week, even though he shot 85 today.

I have this guy, maybe you guys have heard of him?  His name is Bubba Watson.  I chose him specifically because he plays a ton of tournaments.  Something like 27 last year if I remember right.  Since we started this year, he played the Northern Trust Open in February and that was it for the month (14th place).

Since then, he's played only the two WGC events (3rd and 17th) and the Masters (38th) and the Players (42nd).  The Players was his last tournament, on May fucking 9th.  By all accounts, the guy is healthy, so I have no idea what the fuck is going on with him.

Worse yet, I didn't build my team around the Majors and WGC events.  The only other guy I have that even gets into those events regularly is Ryan Palmer (who seems to be on a limited schedule this year too), and maybe Molinari.  Instead, I get to watch Shawn Stefani, Brendan Steele and Scott Pinckney's get me a combined 3-6 points on a good week.  I'd like to know if anyone has gotten less from their first three rounds than I have this year.  If so, I feel really bad for them, because this has totally sucked to watch as a fantasy player.

In case anyone thinks Bubba was just a bad pick, when I chose him, he had already played in 5 events in 2015.  He had 5 top 15's, 4 top 10's, a 2nd and a win in those 5 events.  And then, well, then he decided to stop playing golf.

It's nice that he found some time in April to go play in the fucking Shenzhen International, wherever the fuck that is.  Maybe all that jet lag wasn't worth the 29th place finish and $56 in earnings he made for it.  Fucking dickface.
