Given the fact he was in a cast, it is a mild surprise that Siliga is back to practice so soon. I guess with Kelly's release it signaled that Siliga and Chris Jones weren't that far off from coming back.

The #Patriots won’t deal Ryan Mallett until they feel comfortable in Jimmy Garoppolo as a backup. Thursday will tell a lot for them.

Worth noting, whether talking about Ryan Mallett or anyone: #Texans have No. 1 waiver claiming priority. Could be a huge weekend for them.
