Sociedad has talent -- case in point, they've only won two games so far this year...but they've beaten Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid. Very strange. The problem seems to be a lack of intensity, a lack of concentration, and a lack of a game plan. I don't know enough about Moyes to know how he will address these three issues, but he could be very successful at the club with the right strategy.

Sociedad has two former Real Madrid players, Granero and Canales, who both can be very good. Inigo Martinez was viewed as one of Spain's best young centerbacks, though he's regressed a bit. And Carlos Vela, the Mexican striker, is a talented goal scorer.

La Liga is better when Sociedad competes, so I hope Moyes succeeds.
