Spikes leaked games for the Bills on his Twitter account.  Glad to see he's still acting dumb on social media.

Also funny to see how quickly certain players show their idiocy on social media as soon as they leave the Patriots.

He showed it before he left the Patriots.

What proof do you have that Seattle goes harder in preseason than any other team?

Yeah, the only think that I thing I can get for sure is that we won't play Buffalo or Detroit in the Thanksgiving week. Other than that...

If the bye week can only occur from week 4 to week 12, then there are 16!/8! choices for those non-bye weeks, and 9! choices for the weeks in which a bye can occur, making a total of 9*16! possible schedules, so if you have one guess there's a 1 in 188,305,108,922,000 chance of guessing right.  Someone let me know if I made a mistake somewhere.

Edit: Whoops, forgot some zeroes

The last four years they have ended the season with BUF (2013), MIA, BUF, MIA at home, so all I know is I am putting Week 17 Miami at Home.

I assume that would rule out a Sunday home game those weeks.
Is that something they've done in the past? The Revolution hosted a playoff game hours after a UMass home game this past fall. I don't think they need much time to get the stadium ready for football.

Cool idea, field passes at the blade would be awesome.  I took a shot:

@ Colts
vs. Jets
@ Vikings
@ Bills
vs. Bengals
BYE
vs. Dolphins
@ Packers
vs. Broncos
vs. Bears
@ Chiefs
@ Chargers
vs. Raiders
@ Dolphins
vs. Lions
@ Jets
vs. Bills

By memory, I think the Pats have had a later bye week the last few years, so I went with an earlier bye this year.  I gave them a potentially brutal mid season stretch with Phins, Packers, Broncos, Bears, Chiefs and Chargers in a row.  Raiders may not suck as much this year either, but we get them at home.

Why play two teams you will see in the regular season? It is an AFC West vs NFC West year.

Oakland is playing Seattle in week 4, like they do every year, and I just don't see how the gains of a short flight are worth giving your opponent a preview of your team.

Another note: seems like they try to reserve Week 17 for intra division games, hoping for the "win & in" type games (Dal/Phi, Bal/Cin, etc.)

My full guesses:

@ NYJ
vs. OAK
vs. CIN (Thu.)
@ BUF
@ MIN
vs. DET (MNF)
@ MIA
@ SD
- bye -
vs. BUF
@ IND (SNF)
vs. NYJ
@ GB (Thanksgiving)
vs. DEN (SNF)
vs. CHI
@ KC
vs. MIA

I tried to keep balance throughout the schedule: splitting the AFC East and NFC Central games before & after the bye, beginning and ending with intra division games. For some reason I could just really see picture that Thanksgiving stretch as the night game in Green Bay that day, followed 10 days later by the SNF tilt against Denver.

The schedule is what it is. There's nothing we can do but watch the games. Whichever opponent shows up, shows up.

Peter King says the schedule should be released somewhere between April 22nd and April 30th.
Peter King will reserve comments on the timing of the release until after it's released and people have moved on to other things so his comments aren't given too much thought and possible criticism.

Cincinnati will be in Foxboro on SNF Week 5 (10/5). The Bengals will be coming off their bye but considering the Pats never lose at home and the Bengals are terrible in primetime, I doubt it'll matter.

Detroit is scheduled to host an AFC team this year. Chicago is scheduled to visit Dallas, so it could be that.

reading on the506 board that the season would open with cowboys at seahawks, which surprises me. really thought they'd put the niners in that game.

The 49ers beat writers are saying SF will open at Dallas, which would make the Packers the most likely team to open at Seattle.

Anyway, two hours left, I need to find something else to do.
