Imagine if he could hit a green in regulation.

Edit: This is Victor's 39th hole of the day. 37th for Day. That's a lot of golf.

These guys are right. The odds of making two pars from those two spots in two straight holes is astronomical. Considering the importance of the holes, it's off the charts impossible.

That was amazing to watch, regardless of how this turns out.

I also love that the announcers are basically losing it. Glad Johnny Miller isn't anywhere near a mic.

Tiger WD's with about 5 holes left.

NBC must be loving that, just as they're about to go on air.  Do they spend the next two and a half hours on him or do they just focus on the leaders?

This is shaping up to be a pretty good finish. Rory is still struggling, so there's a 3-way tie right now with Rory, Russell Knox and Ryan Palmer. Henley is lurking 2 back.

Edit: And Knox might be finished. 2nd shot on 14 goes into the drink.

Henley follows up 2 straight birds with an awful 6 from 181 into the drink.

Just terrible swing.

Rory in the drink.  Henley still charging a bit.  Palmer on 18 lying 2 in the fairway on the par 5.  Gonna be a very interesting finish.

As for Tiger, I watched about a half hour straight of coverage this morning on the golf channel of him on the range.  Probably 40 swings, and something was clearly not right.  Swing was flat, ball was coming off the club very funny, with little to no trajectory, and mostly going right.  I've seen him on the range dozens of times, and I don't remember him moving so slowly (probably taking a full minute or so between each swing).  Something was clearly wrong prior to the round. Won't stop everyone from claiming that he just quit because he was out of contention, but whatever, he's got nothing to prove to anyone.

And Palmer just fucks up an easy wedge shot on 18.  Probably looking at par at best on the par 5.  Unbelievable.
