KEVIN NA. It looks like he is healthy amd playing well, and was very consistent prior to last year. We will see.

Wow. Kevin Na seems to hold a special place in the collective heart of this board.

Kevin Na is healthy again. He's a good pick

He probably won't qualify for any of the majors and certainly not the match play.

He was a mid second round pick last year ranked #76 in the world, and he's a mid fourth round pick here ranked #215 in the world.

He had 6 top 10 finishes two years in a row before his injury and plays 25 + tourneys/yr. He'll be a good investment in this league

Disappointment is defined by coming in the thread, seeing the person whose turn it is browsing it, then seeing that they didn't pick and is now offline.

Now now Zomp.  I was being called to the dinner table and didn't know I was up (at least I think that was directed to me).

I am going with a guy who was on my team last year and actually performed pretty well.

I'm officially mobile for the rest of the night so if a mod checks in here and could bold this for me, RandyWatson selects ERNIE ELS.

Not sure where to go with this pick to be honest. But it's early in the morning and I'll take someone who plays a lot of tournaments, is inside the top 150 of the world, and finished strong last year and is doing ok to start this year (solid justification I know).

LUKE GUTHRIE

I had few guys in mind here, but I'll take Guthrie. He's a bit of a work horse with 27 starts last year. Poor finish to last season, but he's off to a decent enough 2014 with 4/5 in cuts made and 2 top 25's.

Good luck with Bae. Man was he frustrating the second half of last year. After winning the Byron Nelson in May, he took a complete nosedive and only made 2 cuts the rest of the season. If I got anything out of him during the second half, I may have had a chance to win the overall.

True, but at this point in the draft you are getting guys who played a lot and flashed a little last year,  or complete wildcards (Euro Pro's etc).  I sure don't love the pick,  but still he was likely close to the best value on the board

This may be a reach here but I've talked myself into this guy so I don't want to miss out on him. He should play a bit more here this year but at a minimum he's a warm body in the majors.

Love this pick was hoping he was going to be continually overlooked.  He has a ton of talent, just moved to Florida and will play 15+ PGA events plus all the majors.

Well he fucking sucked last year.

Apparently this is the round where we draft other people's regrets
Yeah he wasn't so good last year. Off to a solid start this year, almost eclipsing last years earnings already. I don't have very high expectations for him tho, maybe steal a couple more top 10's.

Yeah he was great the year prior and I thought I had a no brained when I drafted him much earlier than you did last year. Could turn our to be a huge pickup

What the hell--this is somewhere between a reach and a blatantly bad pick.  But I'm going with nothing more than a hunch for the 81st pick...

NICOLAS COLSAERTS
Was gonna give him another shot if he fell back to me. Would have been much more palatable in the 5th round than the 2nd round like last year.

Love Colsaerts,  but not sure how he lost his game so badly.

I really didn't think there was any chance that Noh was not going to make it back to me,   oh well

I'm hoping some familiarity with U.S. courses helps him. Damn, he can bomb it.

Well I knew with 100% certainty he wasn't still going to be there in 40 picks for me.

Damn. Thought he might fall due to the bad back.
yeah, I spent a good bit of time searching, trying to find an update on when he might play again.

I couldn't find any updates after they finally diagnosed the fractures

Yep, my choice was between Cantlay and one other. Just don't take that guy, cshea.

Not sure this is your guy, TFP. Shouldn't be too much of a surprise I'm taking him considering how I've drafted to this point. I'm continuing to swing for the fences. One of my favorites, El Pato.

ANGEL CABRERA

He plays a much bigger PGA schedule than I thought (~20 events) and he's exempt into all majors, plus he is on the fringe of getting into a WGC event or two. He is fun to root for, and when he wins, he wins majors.

Nope, I actually thought about doing a who would compete in majors but not a ton of events, but figured I'd try to get a guy to go with Summerhays to grind out the events in the middle of the schedule (hopefully). I actually had another guy mixed in that I thought about at the end, but gonna stick with my initial thoughts and go with DAVID LINGMERTH.

I don't believe he's exempt into the PGA.
