Good job Jason Bohn, you donkey.   He went double bogey, bogey on 17 and 18 to finish today.  Had he made par, he would have finished tied for the lead.  Instead he finished 4th.  I also had a guy in 14th, 18th and 44th, so I finished with 14 points, instead of at least 19 with a shot at 22 if he won the playoff.

Since you brought up steals of the draft, I thought I would look at who has been the steal of the draft so far. Here are the top 10.

Chesson Hadley has to be on there for steals. He won the secondary event the weekend of the Cadillac (which didn't count for us) and has consistently been in contention as a rookie. He was flirting with the top 50 in the world rankings.

He's 24th on the steals list. As you mention his win didn't count for us so he only has 14 points which is good for 50th overall. However with a 102 draft slot he doesn't quite rank with the others above.

Double bogey, bogey, bogey his last 3 holes since you posted that.

Jerk!

Edit: and he closes with another double!

Well ... he's done for the day but Scott Stallings will probably take care of it himself tomorrow.

You may want to try DJ.  I've got two guys in the Top 10 for the first time in who knows when.  And still have some guys on the course.

I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've had all 8 guys playing in a tournament.  Maybe the 2nd.  I've got 7 guys who currently have a shot to make the cut (5 inside the line, and 2 are 1 behind the line).  Could be a fun weekend.  Would be nice if the #2 overall pick in the draft, Zach Johnson got his head out of his ass this week.  I wanted to take Jordan Spieth with that pick so fucking bad, and I just couldn't pull the trigger on someone that untested, and every week, I kick myself for it.

Well the 8th worst pick in the draft came back nicely after I was bad mouthing him for starting 5 over through 5 which included a quad on the 4th...had a great back 9 to get to even

This weather delay couldn't have been any better for my team.  Furyk fired a -6 and is in the clubhouse. Jimmy Walker fired a -7 and was sitting tied for 7th, but might move up to to top 5 with all the bogeys on the course after returning.

My guys didn't have to worry about the weather delay.  They were all on their way, or already home to their comfy beds by then.

One point win, 21 points in a losing effort and a tie atop the overall standings. Good week. Results updated.

I had to make adjustments to several weeks for JohnMD20 since Freddie Jacobson slipped through the cracks again. None of these impacted the weekly winners.

Edit: Thought I would add a new metric and I swear I didn't intend to bump myself to the top. Average 2014 points shows the average points to date for the golfers you have playing this week. I think this may be more predictive than last years results, but we will see.

Haha with only one guy going this week, I'll probably have him win it all but I'll still lose the week.

Nice to finally get my first win.  Also VSF I counted 6 going for my team, not 5 this morning for the Byron, but I could have missed someone.  Not sure if you use the initial entry list when calculating points for the week.

Hat tip to Rory for another back-door top 10 to pull me into a tie with Teddy. It's going to be awesome when he eventually starts putting full tournaments together.

I use the Field tab from PGATour.com but I'm sure there could be people dropping in or out. For you I see Stuard,Walker,Merrick,Hoffmann and Thompson.

Edit: Ah I see what happened. I've updated above.

Thanks for the chart, Vegas. I like the new column, very interesting. It's a more current and accurate assessment of how a teams players are currently performing than simply using the results from last year.

I could totally be confusing this for a tourney 3 years ago, but didn't he make like a 15 footer on his 36th hole to make the cut on the number? Nice turnaround...

Yeah, Rory did that this week, 15 footer on 18 to make the cut. He actually needed to shoot -4 on the back to get in, which he did. The past 2 weeks he's made the cut on the number then charged over the weekend to sneak into the top 10.

I think he's off until the Open though which is a bummer. He's close.

I would like to agree with you but it's hard for me to think nice thoughts about Martin Kaymer when he sucked as hard as he did as my 3rd round pick last year.  (Guess I was one year too early betting on his swing changes working ...)

I have a guy tied for the lead but my two other schleps are way down and with this tournament being as tight as it is with a bunch a huge names near the top, I can't even root for my guy to win because I still won't win the week

I've had 2 guys all over top of the leaderboard (Greg Chalmers and Charles Howell, III).  They are both now in 10th place after Howell did basically nothing today, but only 3 shots back of the lead.  I have pretty much no allusion that either will finish in the top 15 tomorrow.
