Replay at the college level is just so random.   I have seen so many plays where it was painfully clear, and nope no overturn.   Then other plays where it is way to close to call,  and he comes the overturn.

Sammy was a high school qb so all trick plays start with him throwing. It's stupid because all he did in HS was run. But they let him float those trick passes 2-3 times a year.

And they never work.
