I'll get this started tonight as I have a long day tomorrow . . .

After a week off, the B's return to the Garden tomorrow night, where they'll face Pittsburgh at 7:00.

I’ll be there with my 9yo son, who’s been dying to go to a game ever since his first in Feb 2020.

Edit: or not. My whole family came down with some sort of bug last night. Vomiting, chills, etc. This sucks.

If anyone wants to go, PM me. Very good loge seats on the aisle in the corner, end where the B's shoot twice. Face was $250 total (2 seats)

That was a great sequence. Kept the puck in the zone and immediately went back on attack. Way to exploit. And, Pasta!!!

That was a fun period. The Bs were relentless in the last 3 minutes or so. It felt like scoring was inevitable. Come out strong in the second, no let up.

Expected goals look great - bummer that Swayman doesn't appear to be on tonight. And in the bigger picture, this team is in big trouble if it doesn't have elite goaltending going forward.

Marchand immature and selfish yet again. Now we may be down Bergeron and Marchand for a few based on how the NHL handles Marchand’s discipline.

I mean... how is that not more than ten games with Marchand's rep and the repeat offender tag reset with that "slew" foot... it seemed completely out of the blue...

yeesh i hope that's not true. It will be interesting to measure their reaction to this vs how they treated Wilson last year for punching Buchnevich while he laid prone on the ice. I'm sure there will be consistency.

I’m expecting 15 games honestly. It’s Marchand. I think they can survive it, and he probably needs the time off to get his shoulder right anyway. I’m more worried Bergeron and a potential head injury. If this a concussion at all, hold him out until the playoffs, and go get Claude Giroux.

I'm the most casual of fans, but how is that intent to injure? It's intent to irritate, annoy, be a pest, whatever... but injure?

It’s more the punch than the stick work as was skating by with the ref. The thing that works in Marchand’s favor is that Jarry didn’t get injured. But still, it’s Brad Marchand, the most hated guy to Toronto hockey fans, punched a goalie in the side of the head. I’m sure that all the league guys are in traffic on the 401 right now listening to the outrage on the Fan 590 and can’t wait to get to the office.

I didn't see a punch in the videos linked above? Or was this a separate incident?

how much would you pay to hear what the hell Jarry yelled at Marchand there? He looks at Marchand and clearly says something and Marchand just loses it. I need to know.
