Replay is just absurd. Review finger tip out of bounds calls and call jump balls on reversed fouls with a team in possession but no remedy for an obvious out of bounds travel.

Some athletes are winners and some are losers and there isn't a winner on this Celtics team. They're all sad sack losers

Yes. The refs did not cost us this game. They got progressively worse, that's true, but we were in control and gave them momentum.

Apathy, a motivated opponent, and shitty officiating will cost you the game.

Don’t get angry. This is just a blip. Fuck this team. This has been absolutely horrendous and unacceptable.

Just don’t know what the fix is when the players and coach have no answer for the simple fact of being shit in the 2nd half when the other team starts trying harder.

That is the problem -- they can't seem to dial up focus, or whatever it takes to match an opponent's energy, as games wind down. Which can happen in the 3rd quarter when they have a big lead. Sad.

Celtics have lacked a killer instinct for the last few years, consistently letting teams back into games instead of putting them away. Reflection of the coach.

Brad needs to use his timeouts when a big lead is slipping away. This team needs possession by possession coaching

This team can’t win with Kemba playing like this. Simple as that. A Max player, he’s already a garbage defender. If he goes 5 for 21, he such a net negative that it’s impossible to overcome

Two positives in this game (for me): Nesmith's play and Time Lord's performance.

Pritchard was solid, too, and probably should have played more with Kemba struggling. Not much else to applaud, other than Tatum's final two field goals in regulation.

where I was last at
I expected a real rough stretch because of the injuries-roster situation, but losing a 24 pt lead against a so-so team is prettty inexcusable.

A decent effort on defense can cover some stuff and can turn into easy transition points, and can make up for problems on offense, but the effort doesn't seem there.

This team chokes when it gets that option, and its hard to watch.

I think I saw Tatum make 2 great shots at the end of the 4th quarter
I think you're grasping at straws. How'd he do with 2 free throws right at the end? Missed the first and then on the second attempting an intentional miss couldn't even hit the fucking rim. Yeah, he's Bird, Havlicek and Pierce all rolled into one.

They're ruining my wintah!

Seems if Brad can't course correct this long term issue where the team implodes late in games he need to be replaced. Sometimes even good coaches lose teams and that seems to have happened here.

Sunday games are always weird. I’m worried about Kemba still. Played well against Atlanta but less than a zero today. Not doing shit without him or another player.

Its the defense that disappoints me so much. They continually give up these monster runs and watch huge leads evaporate because they can’t just fucking guard someone. The players play the game and they just don’t seem to learn that you can try to kill as many runs as you want with a barrage of 3s but it’s a lot simpler to just get a few stops. They just can’t seem to knuckle down and get them when they need them
