Some fancy town in CT
Let us not speak of last night again.

Four games left until the Olympic break and this seems like a nice opportunity for a rebound.

Welcome back, Ference. I hope they include him flipping off Montreal in the montage but I doubt they will.

He's been in town since early yesterday.  He's been visiting with old/new friends all over town, and posting on his twitter.

Picked up a couple of tickets on StubHub last night, so I'll be bringing my son. We'll probably spend a fair amount of time running around the concourse, but hopefully we'll be in the seats enough to see the Bruins get back to scoring six goals a game again

Thornton must've hurt himself in the Gadzic fight. Left the box halfway through serving the major and hasn't been back.

Bergeron has 4 or 5 passes to set up great chances but nothing to show. Also a few great defensive plays

Bruins are flying but need to convert one of these chances

So that might have been the worst call ever. Marchand clearly tripped there by Bergy.

I don't think it was a kick, I think he was turning his skate in the motion of hitting it with his stick, but whatever.

That really is a terrible call. But totally consistent with how the league has been viewing these lately.

Something's gotta change, IMO.

Seeing how the league has been calling these lately, it's probably no goal.
For a league that wants to encourage scoring, it is such a stupid rule.

Brick's gibberish about kicking the goalie is just silly.

It's a good rule in theory, but the "distinct kicking motion" part is complete bull shit. It's wide open for interpretation and the calls depend on whomever happens to be working the Toronto war room. There is zero conaiatency. There is no definition of what exactly a "distinct kicking motion" is.
