Jaylen Brown welcome home! where ya been?
He's found ways to add value without the 3 needing to go down, which in turn takes pressure off the 3. He also clearly feels way more comfortable that he's going to get his touches in these lineups in the normal flow of the offense.

Love it.

You know what I like? Jaylen has played 12 consecutive minutes, and Brad didn't yank him.

Hoping he's still in there when they come out of the break.

Is there a reason Horford played 7 minutes and hasn't been seen since, with Theis and Yabu taking his minutes?

It's unbelievable how much contact people get away with on these guys. Tatum literally can't get to the line.

Kyrie looks like he left his game in Memphis. Thank Red for Jaylen showing up tonight. And for Marcus Smart. We should thank the tiny baby Jesus for him as well.

The C's do not get foul calls when opponents hit them in the body. It just doesn't happen. I don't understand it, can't explain it, but it's like the only time they can get a foul call is when it's on the arms. If I were an opposing coach, I'd tell my guys to body the absolute shit out of the C's every time they went near the hoop.

To be fair, Aldridge is a tough cover for a veteran defender. Yabu at least has some, er, heft, to make him work. As I noted, Yabusele is thicccccccccc
agreed. Just want Yabu out there setting screens on whoever is covering Ky/Tatum. On defense, like Theis, play super aggressive and at least make LeMarcus work

I want to see Jaylen get big minutes until he either needs a rest, or starts playing poorly. Let's build his confidence on a night like this when he has it going on.

Yep. I didn’t catch the entire first half but it looked to me that Horford wasn’t doing much better defensively on Aldridge than Yabu.

Harden had 28 points in the first half tonight. He is en fuego right now.
Yeah, but that's against Memphis, and they're not a real team.

Edit: Should also note he's already 9/13 from the free throw line and 5/7 from 3. The C's have 9 free throws as a team, but I guess Harden must have been more aggressive than they were going to the hoop, or something.

He also has eight assists and five boards. Again, at the half. Dude is peaking right now.

Aldridge has 15 points, but in fairness, he's 6/15 from the floor. I think the C's will let him shoot all night long if he's only going to make 40% of them.
