Wouldn’t have minded Time Lord getting some of Theis’s minutes earlier, but I don’t want him anywhere near the floor right now.
I understand that perspective, but saying stupid shit like “omg he’d destroy Embiid!!11” is making a ridiculous strawman of my post. He does it all the time.

Good coaching by Brad to speed up the offense. Tough to score when Philly's defense gets set.

Merry Christmas, Sosh. I have pretty much been AWOL from the site over the last few days, but I am just checking in to say this.
Holy shit. Kyrie fucking Irving.

First time it has felt like last year’s Celtics in a while. Actually executing in crunch time. Of course, part of that is because even with Butler it’s the same old 76ers...

Frankly, this loss is on Brett Brown for playing Simmons. He’s a massive liability if Philly actually has championship aspirations. I firmly stand by my “should trade him ASAP” hot take. Ainge would have the guts to do it.

Edit: Meant Simmons as the liability, not Brown, although I guess it’s really both if the latter insists on relying on the former.

there's been several really good wins against top teams at home, then they lay eggs to bottom 5 teams at home.

what is this team? I hope they iron it all out soon.

Brett Brown is no Bob Brown.

Way better.
And I guess my less emotional posts suck but your endless bitching during the normal ups and downs of an NBA game are just as bad imho. You know better than Stevens and Ainge and can execute better than the players. Some of us aren't as blessed. Happy holidays.

Thanks for the gamethread guys, as I was shut out with the grandkids playing Nintendo basketball on the TV, game between the Cavs and Ws with LBJ still on the Cavs. Yuck! Great Cs finish though.

Right now, they are relying largely on Kyrie to carry them is the issue. So when he’s hot, they can beat anybody, but nobody can stay hot forever. The bench still needs to iron it out, particularly one of Hayward or Brown.

Dude, you came into the Red Sox gamethreads during the playoffs to shit on people letting emotion out with absurd strawman bullshit, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen you post about baseball. Whatever floats your boat, I guess.
