Brighton very well organized, as expected, and they just missed on a fantastic opportunity. The fullback combo of Andy & Trent is not quite getting it done right now. Width is going to be key to pulling apart Brighton’s defenses.

The 718
Huddersfield having the better of it so far and drawing Everton into a chippy game, several yellows already

Palace haven’t scored an away goal since Benteke on April 23 against Liverpool. They’ve just missed like 5 golden opportunities. Still no goals.

Within 30 seconds, it should have been 2-1, Mignolet with a great save, and they go down and make it 3-0. Wow.

How much do you guys think it would cost Palace to buy Ruben Loftus-Cheek from Chelsea permanently. Is that even possible?

If Can is hurt, pilled-up Lovren and ill Klavan are the two remaining CBs

edit: Can not looking right but no sign of Klavan

Holy Shit! Lacazette healthy enough to be in the starting lineup. My expectations just went up ten fold.

Coutinho's shot was going on target so that should be his as well

edit: Never mind may have been curling wide

As bizarre as it sounds in a 5-1 game, I spent the vast majority of it worried.

That's what happens when you play a back 3 with 2 of them being midfielders and the other one being Lovren.

Dislike Sanchez send off for Spurs even if I enjoy the result. His arms are up and that can be done cynically but I don't think refs can properly legislate all the high elbows and arms in a game where players jump and run and are different sizes. I honestly don't believe Sanchez had any clue about it. Just give him a yellow and no rope on any other physical fouls and be done with it.

Good call by the ref. Looked awfy bad in slow mo. Come on Arsenal make it bloody interesting.

It's all a bit dainty from Arsenal at the moment.

I think that's harsh too. Getting sent off because your opponent puts his leg on the floor and you stud it just seems a bit too much to me. It was certainly studs on flesh, though. Just think a lot of players would have done the same thing Pogba did there as Bellerin's movement was a bit different. I suppose the argument is that all tackles have to be made in the context of the opponent's movement but I think i'd be really frustrated if Fernandinho were sent off for that.

On the plus side, Pogba now out for the derby although it's United so they'll probably appeal and somehow win because you know, they run the FA
