As scheduled a loss as you’ll see. B2B w travel, game 3 in 4 nights... blow them out of that dump of a rink

Sometimes I question the scheduling process. Tonight is one of those.

Luckily, Montreal sucks, so the Bruins can definitely win this one.

Was it like 3 or 4 years ago that literally every Bruins-Habs game was a back to back with travel for the Bruins and an off night for the Habs? Maybe 1 wasn't?

Supposedly Senyshyn is with the team, but they don’t have the roster or cap space to activate him so not sure what that is all about. They would have to LTIR Kuhlman, Lindholm or Backes, or send Hughes back down. Not really sure where Senyshyn would fit in unless they’re just cycling through guys and Hughes goes.

McAvoy and Krug are good to go. Senyshyn probably in but that will be more of a GTD. It is unclear if Ritchie can go, so that’s Senyshyn’s likely spot but he could also go in for Hughes too if Ritchie plays.

I would really like to see what Coyle, Bjork, and Senyshyn would look like together. That’s a lot of speed on a 3rd line.

I haven't seen any of Senyshyn yet, but I feel like Coyle would be a perfect center for a line like that because he is offensively mined, but appears to be responsible defensively as well. Could be fun to watch.

The organization seems to like Senyshyn and his character, but he just hasn't turned into an NHL hockey player. He's only up because this team is in desperate need for right wingers, I'm surprised they can't swing a deal with another team who has the opposite problem.

Just keep the train rolling. Lots of options. And, yeah, beat the Habs.

Senyshyn has 2 goals and 1 assist in 12 AHL games this year. The good news is those 3 points (and 10 SOG) have come in his last 4 games so maybe he is trending up? We’ll find out if they’ve been successful in turning him into a grinder. I think top 6 winger isn’t in the cards for him anymore, but a speedy 4th line type could at least be useful to the team. Wagner and Nordstrom are UFA’s so there’s a path for Senyshyn to be a roster player in the longer term.

Capfriendly says Miller was moved to LTIR.

Looks like Ritchie is in, Hughes out.

Marchand - Bergeron - Pastrnak
DeBrusk - Krejci - Heinen
Bjork - Coyle - Senyshyn
Wagner - Kuraly - Ritchie

Chara - McAvoy
Krug - Carlo
Grzelyck - Clifton

Even when the goalies are square (Murray last night, Price tonight) he's still ripping it through them. Pasta is unbelievable right now.

Crazy how skilled these guys are even a guy like Clifton who has looked overmatched the last couple of games can rip one to a spot given enough time and space.
