NYK starting C Mitch Robinson is probably out for tonight's tilt. Thibs finally broke down and played my man Obi Toppin and Julius Randle together last night vs. Philly and Obi helped lead them in a comeback win. As a lifelong Cs fan, I hope Obi scores 50 and the Green win by 1.

It seems weird that New York City appears to be trying to maintain and support two professional basketball franchises. Bold strategy, Cotton...

Fascinated—excited, really, even though it is obviously early in the season—to see how they come out in this b2b.

Hope they don't get too wedded to taking threes. Though, at least for now, they're getting fairly open looks.

My fault, I turned it on at 15-5 and the Knicks immediately went on a 10-0 run.

I’m so glad we finally have a quick release sniper who is maddeningly always open and drains most of his open looks.

Knicks announcers even have in their notes that Brogdon has taken the six man role and is embracing it. Like to hear that that’s not just a Boston talking point.

The Knicks are targeting Hauser. Let's see how he handles it and how Mazzulla adjusts.

Hauser is also targeting the Knicks!

I just shouted out loud at that pass and immediate three.

The cat is annoyed.

At the game and Knicks fans are losing their shit over Hauser killing them.

Love it.

Brogdon is so fucking good, the minute he turned up floor he knew he had to get it to Sam.

This is purely anecdotal but I find that this kind of hypertargeting can be counterproductive for an offense at times. They get married to ISO and force looks outside the flow of offense.

I agree with you with rare exceptions. One of them being when Enes Freedom was playing. He was targeted mercilessly and it worked wonders.
