Hayward has been the team's best playmaker this season. He gets his teammates plenty of open looks.

his passing accuracy is incredible. cross court with some zip and usually right in the bread basket. he may have the best vision on the team.

also, tatum seems to have found his role in the offense. he’s stopped getting chased off the 3 point line and has a quicker trigger instead of settling for long 2s.

Morris is a damn good defender too. It's a shame (for the Celtics) he's going to get paid, and will be gone at year's end. But good for him ...

I can never understand why Jaylen doesn’t get fouled when he drives. Goes from seeming unstoppable to not being able to get a shot off. Nothing in the middle.

or the long 2pt jumper early in the clock, both silly plays
I’m really starting to wish he was on the last year of his deal instead of the first.

I also wish Jaylen could learn to dribble. He would be so good.

Pretty pedestrian second quarter there, let’s hope they come out and set the third on fire

The problem with a purely jump shooting offense is that they can go ice cold for long stretches. I hope the shooters on this team are truly good enough to run such a jump shot heavy offense. I think they are but they haven’t shown any consistency so far.

Agree with this a lot. They’re going to lose the foul shot contest every night like this.

Euro step is a travel all of a sudden?
If you’re referring to Tatum, it didn’t seem to be a Eurostep as much as an attempted jump-stop but not landing with both feet at the same time. That should be a travel though they don’t call it consistently.

Okay, see, that makes no sense to me. Horford a wide open 2 right under basket and throws it out for a three? Huh?

Don’t know how that isn’t a moving screen. Ok I guess

And you keep give them free throws anytime they drive

This is so true. He looks like a completely different player than at the beginning of last season.
True but I believed he was coming off an injury or surgery or something at the start of last season.
