Maybe---seems like the blitz was something you could have potentially read, the play call was totally wrong for it.
Was hoping they’d keep playoff hope alive. This team isn’t remotely talented enough. Really need a roster ovehaul in a bunch of spots.
I think it shows that they’re mediocre more than anything else, but usually you’d dig one or two of them out.
The entire team sucks right now so it's not really all that fair to put it entirely on Cam.
Don't know why you wouldn't call timeout first. Maybe you get a turnover on the next play and have more clock to work with.
White was out in the flat and should have had the pickup. He inexplicably glided inside and blocked nobody. Cam is not good but I can’t put that on him. Reasonable for him to expect White to pick that up.
LOL, he had like 4 guys running free at him with no open receivers in the area.
I blame the defense more than Cam. We knew the offense would be a struggle, we thought the defense would at least be competent.
Cam’s exactly what you don’t want in a QB, good enough in many spots to give you hope, but not good enough to win consistently. He had a decent game, but just a few too many breakdowns. And his cast is generally mediocre at best.
White moved to the other side because the other tackle was also getting torched. There was no hope.
But they ran zero short routes as far as I can tell? There were at least two ten yard deep routes.. the flat has been open all game.
If you don't do it first they can run the clock all the day down on 4th down and take a delay of game and take an extra second or two off. 1-2 seconds probably isn't going to matter, but it is what it is.
