Wait how is it that a game thread has not yet been started? Hoodwink the Hornets!

Baynes starting and Hayward to the bench. Somewhere benhogan just fainted.

I called for it this morning too. HRB made some very good points against it but idk...I feel like this might work. This lineup is just so much more familiar with each other.

I hope it's as much, if not more, meant to reduce Rozier's playmaker role on the second unit. Dude has been taking a ton of bad shots without even looking to get people involved. Maybe playing off ball will help him find himself again. I'll be pissed if he is still bringing up the ball and ignoring Hayward.

Ah yes. Just what we all wanted, tons of Baynes FGA to include an early clock three. That's what we were missing...

Horford immediately loves being at the four and getting the smaller guys sealed down low

Snark aside, they look much better out of the gate. Scal and Mike seem to agree, too.
I was definitely being snarky about it, but I'm not seeing a huge improvement honestly. Maybe a bit? Still tied with a meh Hornets team with the same exact problem of just missing shots

Maybe we'll at least get 20. Yet another first quarter we'll be losing though.

This is just like the worse case scenario with Hayward, isn't it? Healthy enough to play so we cannot get his money off the tax, but he isn't good enough to really contribute.

Why is that a foul on Rozier, but Kyrie did the same exact thing to Zeller on the other end and he didn't get a call

I know it's a game thread, but maybe we can wait a couple months before declaring him not good enough
