Week 15 2004 is and always will be the most surprising regular season loss of the BB era. 12-1 Pats who needed the game to have a chance for the #1 seed against the 2-11 Dolphins. IMO that 2004 team was the 2nd best team of the Dynasty, and that Dolphin team was hot garbage. I can't even come up with another game close to how bad that one was.

Co-sign on that game.

It’s crazy that if you make a top 10 list of most surprising regular season losses at least half are going to be against the Dolphins.

was that the game that Ended with Brady throwing from his ass, and getting picked by Arturo freeman? I had a dolphins fan friend who brought up Arturo Freeman’s name randomly for like a decade after that.

I believe so. He definitely had a horrendous pick - among several others earlier - in the final two minutes.

Nope, it was Brendon Ayanbadejo.

“I don’t agree with what the Patriots are doing right here” - John Madden, right before Tom Brady started off the Patriots dynasty with his late drive to win their first Super Bowl

Followed up not too long later by "Now I kinda like what the Patriots are doing".

I was at that game too, and saw the Pats bus leave the stadium. Every player that I saw had that look on their face that said we’re not gonna lose again this year

Not as bad as Miami in 2004, but honorable mention for most surprising loss might be Cleveland in 2010. Not only was the loss itself shocking, we got absolutely whooped in that game in every way.

Seems like Slater’s been off on coin tosses this season. saving it for playoffs I suppose.

I fully endorse the all-heads strategy.

Trent Brown going full college with the no socks. I guess he can pay the fine with Raiders money and not worry
