That was a most enjoyable game to watch. I was expecting Atlanta to at least battle a little bit, but they got destroyed. Not only are the Celtics getting contributions up and down their roster, but their new coach is doing a phenomenal job

The magic of Hauser is that he is fine enough on D but opponents think he is Enes-level so they pull their whole team out of its offense to attack him and end up taking a bunch of iso midrange floaters and fadeaways.

Jaylen was sublime inside the arc tonight.

Kornet worked his ass off

PP making plays again.

Grant is so calm from 3 and the pumpfake/sidestep has really unlocked it for him.

The brilliance of the White/Smart/Brogdon trio is they can all do similar things as big guards so the offense or defense never really has to change. All three should be able to get plenty of nights off throughout the year.

The comparison of Tatum to Dr. J seems quite apt.

I, for one, did not anticipate Luke Kornet developing into a rotation player of any kind, notwithstanding Brad’s repeated insistence that he was our third big.
you're not alone, nobody did...besides Brad

He's active on D, blocking shots in the lane, setting screens (w/out fouling), and regularly reverse dunking without hesitation. I mean it was probably 7-10 days ago when Scal was begging Luke to take a shot

In fairness, I wonder whether Brad actually believed it. Otherwise, I'm not sure you sign Blake, who has been perfectly cromulent on a cheap deal in limited minutes and fits in well with the culture (which I did not expect given his, uh, extracurriculars) but may not have been that necessary.

We’ve come a long way since Semi Ojeleye getting 15+ mpg to stand in the corner, brick threes, and watch guys drain shots over his head.
This made me look at what he was up to. After a vet-minimum contract with Milwaukee last season, he signed with an Italian club, and recently won a cup competition - with Ojeleye being named MVP.

Vincent "sexpants" Poirier is at Real Madrid, too.

Bonne voyage, indeed.
