Don’t think so necessarily - you have 3rd and 8, you stop them on that down and then you have enough time to get back in FG range.

Really dislike the TO there given the Pats are set to receive the kickoff in the second half. Gave them life and even if you got the ball back we're talking going 40 yards in 30 seconds with one timeout to get points.
