Toronto playing huge while we’ve got 3 PGs, Hauser, and GW out there.C's bench pissing away a huge lead.
I’m having a hard time telling him and Broderic Thomas apart.Justin Jackson not covering himself in glory.
Brodric Thomas too.Justin Jackson not covering himself in glory.
His shot preserved the 2-for-1. It’s not his fault Pritchard wasted the possession.Kabengele getting coached up by the entire Celtics rotation after launching a three
I think they were just fucking with him, to be honest.Kabengele getting coached up by the entire Celtics rotation after launching a three
Already seems to have a good rapport with the C's veterans.Blake seems like he’s having a hell of a time tonight.
I don’t think Hauser has been getting abused. Thomas and Pritchard have been though. If PP and Hauser are on the floor together, they'd have to shoot about 112% from the field to offset their defense.
And Jackson, I should add.I don’t think Hauser has been getting abused. Thomas and Pritchard have been though.
Hauser and PP are rotational playersSo on the court right now we have 2 cuts, 1 of our 2 ways, our 10th man sniper and our 15th who should never see meaningful minutes, correct?
On this team? Hauser yes, but unless there is an injury I don't see PP getting too many minutes. It's not a knock on him, there are just too many better options to me ahead of him.Hauser and PP are rotational players
No. Both Hauser and Pritchard are in the rotation to start the season. They are the 9th and 10th healthy players on the roster (Blake is 8th). At full health, they may drop to 11/12, although positional factors may make them more like 10/11 with Blake falling to 12, but the bottom line is they both should play regularly pretty much all season. So on the court right now we have 2 cuts, 1 of our 2 ways, our 10th man sniper and our 15th who should never see meaningful minutes, correct?
PP played 1000 minutes last season and was the 8th man in the playoffs. His shooting will always get him minutesOn this team? Hauser yes, but unless there is an injury I don't see PP getting too many minutes. It's not a knock on him, there are just too many better options to me ahead of him.
I admit I was looking at it with a healthy TL, and I would say that Kornet is probably ahead of PP too. The biggest thing I felt that PP gave them last season was shooting, and if Hauser can translate what he's doing in the preseason, he offers arguably better shooting with less of a defensive falloff. And as long as MS, MB and DW are healthy, they also provide the ball handling with plus D. Now keeping everyone healthy is a different story...No. Both Hauser and Pritchard are in the rotation to start the season. They are the 9th and 10th healthy players on the roster (Blake is 8th). Thomas and Jackson I don’t see much to be optimistic about. But I’d guess they are competing for the same roster spot, with Vonleh and Kornet likely rounding out the 15, not both getting cut.
PP is going to struggle to break into the PG rotation with White and Brogdon ahead of him. I’m a big PP fan and I’m rooting for him but I don’t see many minutes for him until the inevitable injury to one of Smart, White, or Brogdon.PP played 1000 minutes last season and was the 8th man in the playoffs. His shooting will always get him minutes
It's the pre-season, nothing to get too worked up about
