Marcus a little loose and sloppy with the ball in the first quarter.

Celtics 0-6 from three in the first five minutes of the game. All six shots from pretty good shots

I’m gonna overreact wildly to this game and decide that whoever wins it is my favorite for the #2 seed in the East. (I would have given Philly a shot, too, but I’m overreacting wildly to them being down double digits to the Cavs).

You know what they say... no matter what, overreact wildly.

Speaking of Philly, Tyrese Maxey (guesstimating) seems to be averaging roughly 50 points per 36 on 1.500 true shooting. I’m fairly certain that will continue.

Pritch looking a little less than thrilled after Hauser nailed that three, probably seeing a little competition for 3-point marksman.

Hauser is going to be a real weapon off the bench for this team this year.

Brogdon was such a huge addition, I think Brad turned the bench from a weakness into a big strength in the offseason. Even without Timelord, it feels like this team has a ton more weapons this season.

The offense with Brogdon, the two Jays, Horford, and Smart is ridiculously lethal.

Brogdon is the perfect guy for this team.

The Brown/Tatum pick and roll at the end of the half resulted in an uncontested layup for Tatum. Would not be surprised to see that a lot more this season. This team is going to be a wagon.

Toronto starters have only 36 points on 39 shots. The Celtics defense even without Robert Williams is already really good

We have almost never seen much of a JB/JT two man game, if they could figure it out it would be absolutely lethal given how much defensive attention they both require.

Would like to see Davison and Kabengele get some solid minutes in the 2nd half. Hoping the main core gets more rest throughout the regular season, but will need a couple of the bench guys to step up.

If Hauser is going to shoot 80% from 3 this year, this team is going places.

Bench 7-14 from three. Starters 6-19 from three. Hauser is quite a weapon, with a quick trigger, and Brogden knows how to set him up

He’s not, but he’s going to shoot a really high percentage. Hauser very much looks like he belongs in the NBA. He’s not a good defender, but he seems like he understands the defense and moves well enough he can play, at least in the regular season (whether he’s playable in the playoffs is not something I’m comfortable predicting at this stage).
