IMO a couple of weeks is more likely than February. Neely always points to the standings at Thanksgiving as a barometer of a playoff team, and if they look like this in mid November, he’s gone.
1.52 xGF. Scoring chances at 5x5 were 21-4 Nashville until the 3rd when the Bruins were down 2-0.

They legitimately look like they have no idea where each other is on the ice. Honestly I think the players are working hard. Every play ends up with a pass to no one, someone not covering up when they’re supposed to be there, etc. it seems mostly systematic to me and shit that should have been ironed out in camp.
I changed over to the LA/VGK game last night and it was such a stark difference in crispness and team harmony. It was really nice to see passes on sticks and not way in front or in peoples' skates.
You know how bad these guys are messed up when Pastrnak is tripping over his own feet on breakaways.
Maybe they are just tired and didn't have time to gel over the summer after their deep playoff run.
