Boston had it too easy for games 2 and 3. Hou has upped their game and Bos needs to adjust. So far, not so good. Change comes quick

The Sox had a team-wide approach of laying off the two-strike waste pitches the Stros were throwing.

Looks like Houston's adjusted to that. Boston needs to adjust back — maybe back to the more aggressive approach.

I was at game yesterday, and I've been to previous Sox playoff games. My impression is that a combo of (a) younger 20-30 year old crowd plus (b) late start time that allows for about a 3-hour pre-game (post work/school) equals a much more raucous crowd. 5 PM start time breaks into that somewhat.
