Montreal's home opener. The Bruins had a tough game last night in Detroit.

Let's see what this team is currently made of.

Between here and everywhere.
If anything is going to snap this team out of whatever funk it's in right now - a game with Montreal might just be it.

The Bruins haven't really played a physical game yet (that may be in part due to the fact that they've played Detroit twice, and Colorado - not teams exactly known for their physical nature), lets hope that changes tonight.

Ginette Reno to eat sing tonight. It also sounds like Charles Prevost Linton has been completely hung out to dry by the organization, not even receiving so much as a phone call from the Habs brass. Classy.

Speaking of masturbation, which one of your mothers sent this in?

Wasn't this the guy that Joe McGrath was telling Reggie Dunlop about? You know, the guy Eddie Shore sent him when he was in Omaha.

The little town of Bethlehem.
I hate them so....

(Ha! Evidence!?! Kids...Leave no traces, young man....)

Edit: ohhhhh...

"Reg, that reminds me. I was coachin' in Omaha in 1948 and Eddie Shore sends me this guy who was a terrible masturbator, you know, couldn't control himself. Why, he would get deliberate penalties so he could get over in the penalty box all by himself and damned if he ... you know..."

I wonder what kind of lineup we're looking at tonight. I would assume Gagne stays with Krejci, leaving Paille - Spooner - Griffith for the 4th line, but I wonder if Fraser comes in for Griffith or if Campbell's ready to go which bumps out Spooner who was obviously benched last night.

Anyways, have a home inspection tonight as "cshea tries to buy a house: part II" unfolds so I'll likely miss most of this game, which is probably for the best to keep stress levels somewhat reasonable. Although the Canadiens will probably roll out and honor their dead, and sing kumbaya for half an hour as their pregame opening night ceremonies delaying puck drop 30-45 minutes. Go B's.

If Campbell is healthy, he will play, if not I would bet on Griffith. Not a flashy guy, but I can see his hockey IQ out there. Fraser is so hot and cold, it's tough to tell how he will do. Stick with Griffith for now, IMO.

Milans handshake line comment comes to fruition tonight.

Get em, you big dumb animal.
Nobody is going to go with him. If he wants to get them back he should try burying a couple goals.

Completely forgot about that. That should be an interesting subplot tonight.
Except Weise isn't skating tonight

Also, yay NESN for saying "FUCK THE HABS" and not going dark during their masturbatory celebration

Is this all really necessary?

edit:  this actually caused me to change the channel and watch Marshall Faulk speak.  First time that's ever happened... maybe for anyone, anywhere.

Tough call as to which franchise is more self-absorbed and full of it - the MFYs or Les Scabs.
Montreal.

You'd never hear of New York refusing to hire someone who doesn't speak with some stupid NY accent.

Man, Griffith has a hell of a wrist shot, huh?

Oh yeah...shots from the point!
