The Bruins were shit on the power play, they were shit with an extra attacker, and trailing by a single goal their last rush up ice was led by… Andrew Peeke. Monty provides worse direction than Columbus’s navigator.
Fair, I rewatched and he did say that but I just thought leading with "we were trying, they play too hard" was a cop out

I feel like this team has good fundamentals, but bad coordination at the moment. I don't know if that's a "more practice" solution, or if its a "new coach" solution.
This team wasn’t ready to start the season, and that’s on him. Hopefully he’s being much more critical behind the scenes.
They spent the offseason trying to build their roster to beat this team, and they couldn’t beat them at home with their two best players out. That’s an organizational failure.
They are 2-2-0 and lost a 1 goal game today where they didn’t play *that* bad.
I have some coaching concerns but declaring an organizational failure 4 games into the season is a bit much. I would also say the new guys have all been good to varying degrees. If we’re pointing fingers, point at some of the guys who have been here (Coyle, Geekie, Swayman, Carlo).

Amen - maybe for once we look to the professional hockey players to play better rather than expecting it to be a coach to have grown men "ready to play". They're at fucking work, they should be professional enough to be ready to play all on their own.
It will take some time for this team to figure out how to play together. It's encouraging that the new guys actually look somewhat decent, it's discouraging that the leaders you expect to carry the early season load aren't really doing so to start us off. Also would be nice if our "market setting" goalie could save a beach ball.
"Organization failure" talk is the typical chicken little stuff that makes this forum borderline unreadable at this point.

Can they beat the Florida Panthers in a playoff series? That’s the only question that the people running this organization should be concerned with.
I don’t give a fuck how many regular season points they rack up against teams that they are not going to see in the playoffs. If they want to win a cup, they have to beat this fucking team, and they have showed so far that they are incapable of doing so.
Whatever the fuck they’re doing right now against this team isn’t fucking working, and thankfully they have a few months to figure it out.
I am not ready to say they are or are not able to do so 6+ months from now given they are only 4 games into the regular season games. SSS used to mean something in this place. Given the randomness of the playoffs I also think building your team to beat one team, which I don't think they really did...I think they (as do I) prefer more skilled physicality in the lineup, is dumb and shortsighted.
