It's the Moms trip so I fully expect them to show up. Whether or not that translates to points is another question entirely.

4 minutes left in the period and this is the first comment. Yikes. Apathy (and empty seats) might be the thing that really gets some attention from the Jacobs

Swayman looks sharp. And the Bruins still have a chance to get the first goal of the game. Score for the moms.

You really gotta think you’re the center of the universe to fuck up a call that bad. What an asshole.

Just saw the goal, that entry attempt by Pasta was beyond horribly lazy
Happens with agonizing frequency. He needs to value the puck more high in the attacking end — it’s like he doesn’t think they’ll actually try to separate him from the puck. Careless AF given where he is and where his teammates are heading — in full expectation he’ll at least get it deep.

And now another weakly defended rush with no bailout from Swayman.

How’s Notre Dame/Penn St looking?

Lohrei is not an NHL caliber defenseman full stop. He's not and he's getting worse.

Swayman completely lost on the shortie, absolutely zero awareness. Glad they were highlighting that at intermission. He's not making the stops he needs to make and the team presses as a result. His failures just magnify the teams finishing issues. He needs to sit for a bit. They aren't going anywhere and he's not helping.

The way the PP1 attempts to break into the zone like that kills me almost as much trying to force the Pasta one timer. Couple guys idle at the line, someone, usually Pasta, takes the zone with speed, leaving the guys on the line flat footed, and run into usually 2 players who jar the puck and knock it back out

This team is so hard for me to watch, not just because of the play, there are some glaring issues that seem like the should be easy fixes by just simplifying the game and they refuse to change. Proverbial banging their heads against the wall
