Back in Ye Olden Days the Celts used to sacrifice bulls, mix the bull blood with mistletoe, and thus cure infertility.

Let's go to Pliny the Elder for some pregame anlysis:

"....Hailing the moon in a native word that means 'healing all things,' [the Celts] prepare a ritual sacrifice and banquet beneath a tree and bring up two white bulls, whose horns are bound for the first time on this occasion. A priest arrayed in white vestments climbs the tree and, with a golden sickle, cuts down the mistletoe, which is caught in a white cloak. Then finally they kill the victims, praying to a god to render his gift propitious to those on whom he has bestowed it. If the Celts continue to switch on defense and be opportunistic on the break, they'll put the Bulls in a tough position."

Tonight's broadcast team is Mike Gorman and the Gundestrup Cauldron. Gundy, what to you think of tonight's matchup?

Bulls have been on a roll lately--I certainly haven't minded them beating Brooklyn and Philly, but the roll ends at the Garden. DeFile DeMar DeRozen, DeFeat the Bulls.

Not that anyone questioned it, but Tatum wanting Rob to start with him is coming into even greater focus.

Rob's been as good or better than expected. Now the big question is how they play the bigs on the second unit ...

Joe changed up his rotation too. Usually, Tatum comes out first, then comes back in for Jaylen with a couple minutes left. Then Tatum plays until about 7 minutes in the 2nd, Brown comes in, Tatum comes back after a couple minutes and they finish the half together.

He had Jaylen go to the bench first tonight.

Did y’all see PTL grab Grant Williams’s arm on the fly and drag him up from the floor without breaking stride to get back on D?

Joe changed his mind here...Bulls were relentlessly attacking the rim with Horford at the 5

Celtics are really forcing the issue, I like it. Could have gotten a few more whistles too.

and yet still in the lead at half time. The Celtics uncheesedicked the lead. May things remain uncheesedicked, from the Celtics' perspective.

Bulls get whatever shot they want against Boston.

At the other end, Tatum continues to brick 3s.
