Fucking spazzing out every time they get an offensive board. Take your time, use a pump fake or something, jesus.

Dirk has made a total of $250,371,801 playing basketball. That's a lot of Mark Cuban's money in his pocket.

Most decisive finish I can remember from Hayward on a defended fast break

I knew Dirk always beat the crap out of the C's, but I didn't realize he scored more ppg against the C's than any other team in the league, and by a pretty good margin. He averaged 25.1ppg against the C's in his career. Next closest was 23.1ppg against Indiana.

The chances Trae Young is ever as good as Doncic is right now seem really, really small

He looks much better and more confident. If he rounds into form and Brad can figure out the rotations, watch out. I mean, nobody in the East is beating a Jimmy Butler-coached Sixer team but still...

Luka looks very good. But he is allowed to be very inefficient on a lottery team while he learns. Tatum doesn't have that luxury and might be why he is struggling a bit in year 2.

On what planet does a basketball guy look at Trae Young and Doncic and think Young will be the better player?

The sad thing is, Trae Young may well be a very good NBA player but it still doesn't make Schlenk's decision seem any better. Doncic may well be a top ten player in the league in the next few years. He is that good.

I honestly have not even noticed the existence of Dennis Smith Jr. in this game.
He has done very little. I still think he will be a very good player and I am not in the camp, yet, that the Mavs have to move him. He and Doncic could potentially play pretty well together. Smith Jr has looked explosive in spots but like most young players, he struggles mightily on some nights.

Tatum was 5/12 from the floor and 3/8 from 3. Does he think he has a green light the size of Harden's all of a sudden?

Tatum had a luxurious first half, being very inefficient. Getting enough shots up isn't his problem.

What's the problem there? He had a ton of good 3 point looks, he has to take them, and he hit 37% of them. He was 2-4 from 2. What's the issue?

One problem is he got no FTs, despite taking almost a quarter of his team's shots. 13 points on 12 shots, with ZERO assists, is also a problem. That's an Andrew Wiggins half.
