We've got 5 out of 8 points on the season without the benefit of a ROW. Time to change that tomorrow. Shook off the goal scoring monkey on Thursday, now time to win one before a shootout.

Expecting the same lineup, with a bottom 6 tweak. Frederic bumped up to the 3rd line. Grz is still a little dinged up but is expected to play. I assume Halak gets the nod in net.

Marchand- Bergeron - DeBrusk
Ritchie - Krejci - Studnicka
Frederic - Coyle - Smith
Bjork - Kuraly - Wagner

Lauzon - McAvoy
Grzelyck - Carlo
Zboril - Miller

Halak

Man, I don't know if the numbers bear it out because I haven't looked, but I really liked the way Bjork was working with Coyle and Smith. I also though Frederic looked great on the 4th line.

Hope this move doesn't mess too much of that up.

Edit: Reading the other thread, doesn't sound like coach is seeing the same thing as me, so I guess I'll defer to his better judgement for now.

Any chance the ice is any better? It seemed like last game early on you saw guys losing edges left and right... just falling down in weird spots. Or did they just eff up sharpening the skates for the game?

SHould have been too many men. Guy played the puck and his partner wasn't off the ice or even one foot in the bench door.

Frederic drew the penalty on the PPG. It was the 3rd penalty he's drawn this year that I can recall off the top of my head.

Needs to get a point to get that monkey of his back. 21 games and counting.

Pretty much a nothing burger at ES for both teams. Flyers got the edge in attempts but the Bruins had more shots and scoring chances. Neither team credited for a high danger chance.

Bergy's left forearm hit the post. Would be really bad luck if that was enough force to break it. Fingers crossed it's just a contusion.

Freddy's first career point.

This 3rd line is going to be awesome.
Do we have something here? I think (or at least hope) so. I obviously, as do we all, like the perfection line, and the second line when Kase gets back is also fun to watch. The tentative emergence of the third line is simply wonderful. I like Frederic's attitude. Good for the kid!
